Standard Rate: $16-$17 for a 30 minute visit depending on location and needs. Boarding: This is offered to clients only. Space is extremely limited and we welcome well mannered, quiet dogs under 45 lbs. Basic Grooming: Please call for an estimate (we offer bathing, nail trim, and brush outs).
Holidays Rate: $25 per 30-minute visit Holidays include: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, "Black Friday", Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Hours of operation: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Mid-day walks are between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. All Basic Services include complimentary: - mail and newspaper brought in - detailed notes about each visit - llitter scooped/pet waste cleaned up

Norriton, Bridgeport, Eagleville, King of Prussia, West Norriton, Audubon, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken The charges listed above are estimates and may vary based on the distance of your home from Pro Pet Sittings location. Distances over 7 miles may require an additional charge, or if the workload will significantly increase the time needed to properly care for your pets. All fees will be discussed at the initial consultation. **Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a fee of $25. **Please send prompt payment. Key Retention Policy
In order to serve families more efficiently, we have a key retention system. At the end of your first visit, if you are satisfied with the service, we'd like to keep the copy of your key. The keys are in no way linked to your personal information, which makes it impossible in the event of a lost key for someone to use to it enter your house. The retention of your key makes future visits easier to arrange because we do not have to pass the key back and forth each time. Having to obtain a key each time takes valuable time away from another pet, or from yours. There is a greater chance of keys not being left out for us then there is of us losing them. When getting ready for a trip, leaving a key for us is one more thing you don't need to worry about. We are able to boast of a 100% success rate with the policy. We have never had a key lost, stolen, or misused in any way. Please be certain that we will always use the utmost care when retaining your key. We are always happy to provide references for any area of service, including key retention.
If you do not wish to give us possession of your key, we do charge a $5 fee for pick up and $5 fee for drop off to off set the cost of time and driving expense. Cancellation Policy
As of July 5, 2009 there will be a new cancellation policy. Up until now cancellations were not penalized in any way unless a team member of Pro Pet Sitting physically showed up for a visit.
The new policy will be as follows:
Any visit cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be ½ of your regular visit payment, rounded up to the nearest dollar (ex. $7.50 would be $8). Please note, this applies to each cancelled visit (including vacation care).
This also applies to holiday visits (fee of $13).
In some cases this fee may be waived, but unless notified of that, please do include this fee in your payment.
Visit times for your pet are set aside and reserved for them solely. We understand some situations are out of your control but please realize that cancellations can cause conflict in scheduling.
As always, we strive to be fair and flexible and appreciate your understanding of this new policy.
